To ensure our customers the highest standard of
quality, we have made our inspection department a key element in the
manufacturing process. This process is subjected to continuous monitoring from
incoming materials; first article, in process and final inspection procedures.
- Statistical Process Control is a function our Q.C. department uses
in our facility to allow them to retrieve and input data from the shop floor.
This allows our machine operators to see the pertinent data as they run parts.
Using this procedure helps us to determine whether they have achieved "control"
of their particular process. They are also be able to print, or display on the
screen, the results of the measurements. We are confident that this enables us
to continually keep our quality standards at the highest level.
